About the role

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and guests at the Bethpage location. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests
  • Handling inquiries and requests related to hotel services
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Processing check-ins and check-outs
  • Managing room reservations and availability
  • Handling guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications
