Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain building access and visitor records as required
- Receive, organize, and distribute package deliveries
- Aid residents with inquiries, service requests, and community information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas
- Collaborate with management, maintenance staff, and vendors as needed
- Report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns
- Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, residential, or customer service experience preferred but not required
