About the role
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Managing room reservations and availability
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
