Responsibilities
- Build rapport with residents and guests, greet everyone at all times with a smile
- Receive and process residents' requests (i.e. maintenance requests)
- Receive, log, and retrieve residents’ packages
- Handle resident complaints and report them to the appropriate department
- Work in conjunction with all departments to solve residents’ complaints and needs
- Answer all phone calls in a professional manner
- Must be punctual for all scheduled shifts
- Prior concierge experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism with all residents, staff members, and guests of the property at all times
- High School/GED preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
