About the role
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Processing reservations and payments
- Maintaining guest records and updating status
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the lobby
- Handling guest complaints and inquiries
- Performing light housekeeping duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous hotel experience preferred
