Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club, a premier destination for luxury hospitality and events, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for Front Desk (Concierge) Agent positions to join our vibrant team. This part-time role is perfect for students from local universities, offering flexible shifts and a short commute, allowing you to balance work, studies, and campus life while gaining valuable hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide concierge support to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with resort teams to support events and activities.
• Aid in basic event logistics, such as directing guests or coordinating with the operations team.
• Build rapport with guests to promote Foxhall’s amenities and foster repeat visits.
• Deliver outstanding service that enhances Foxhall Resort’s reputation as a premier destination.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members.
• Ability to work 7 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–11 PM shifts, with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background checks, including criminal, drug screening, credit, and DMV.
