Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, registering, and assisting guests throughout their visit.Answer phone inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and manage reservations.Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records.Outfit guests with appropriate attire and equipment for their scheduled activities.Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.Reconcile daily transactions, verify charges, complete required paperwork, and perform other assigned duties.
