Front Desk Clerk Full Time PM Weekend and Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Aid guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
  • Promptly address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and handle cash transactions.
  • Manage guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers.
  • Communicate guest feedback to relevant departments and management.
  • Respond promptly to calls, lobby visitors, and assist team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $16.00 to $19.20
