Position Overview
The Front Desk Representative will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
- Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
- Registers all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures, give tours and sign up members
- Affords assistance in creating a clean gym environment including gym floor, locker rooms, amenities, and any other areas needing attention.
