About The Role
The Front Desk is the face of the club. You are the first and last impression for every member and guest. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you will manage check-ins, answer phones, support members, and actively promote memberships, personal training, and retail products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members and guests with energy and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist with questions, billing, and account updates
- Sell memberships, personal training, smoothies, and DotFIT supplements
- Give tours and convert guests into members
- Handle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support daily club operations and communication with the team
Requirements
- Reliable and shows up on time every shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident communicating with members and asking for the sale
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
- Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Hourly pay based on experience: $12 to $15
Schedule
Compensation includes flexible scheduling available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
