Position Overview
The Front Desk Representative will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. We Offer Performance bonuses and incentive programs for meeting membership or service goals

Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
- Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
- Registers all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
- Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
