About the role
Inspired by a mission to enrich lives, Touchmark seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome and support residents, families, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer phones promptly and assist with questions or needs.
- Monitor emergency pendants and pull cords, ensuring quick responses.
- Perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks.
- Support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk.
- Keep the front desk and common areas clean and inviting.
- Exhibit competency in disaster management, including emergency systems and safety protocols.
- Escort emergency services personnel to the appropriate location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience (hospitality or senior living preferred).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when interacting with residents, families, and team members.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and basic office equipment.
