Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members and guests with energy and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist with questions, billing, and account updates
- Sell memberships, personal training, smoothies, and DotFIT supplements
- Give tours and convert guests into members
- Handle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support daily club operations and communication with the team
Requirements
- Reliable and shows up on time every shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident communicating with members and asking for the sale
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Pay
- Hourly pay based on experience: $12 to $15
- Opportunity to earn additional income through sales performance
Schedule
You will be expected to work a mix of early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
