What You Will Do
Welcome and check in all members and guests
Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training
Answer questions, resolve billing issues, and track front desk activity
Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and on-brand
Support day-to-day operations and team communication
Create a fun, professional, and helpful experience for everyone
What We Are Looking For
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable with upselling and helping members
- Organized, energetic, and positive attitude
- Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
