Greet and communicate cordially with guests
- Promptly and professionally check in and out guests
- Assist in pre-registration and reservation blocking when necessary
Financial Management
- Know and manage all daily transactions and non-frequent ones
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card payments
- Make correct change
Reservation Handling
- Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
- Have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle them
- Take reservations in approximately 2 minutes
- Follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary
