About the role
The Cambria Hotel Columbia Downtown is a world-class property within Pyramid Hotel Group, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and fosters success.
Responsibilities
- Create a memorable first impression for guests through engaging interactions.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, including checking in, registering guests, and addressing their needs.
- Note and fulfill special requests for guests.
- Resolve problems and "WOW" guests during check-in, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs to guests.
- Interact professionally with hotel/resort staff, assisting other departments as needed.
- Maintain house bank and communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
- Follow set procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Work in a fast-paced setting, including various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong desire to make an impact on others.
- An outgoing and engaging personality.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay
$15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
