Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. Assists in administrative tasks and maintains a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Processing registration and insurance information
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
