About the role
The Front Desk Associate is a team member at the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Aurora location. This is a new, fast-growing extended stay brand located in a prime area. Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc., which owns and operates the hotel, is a dynamic and growing company. The hotel provides a supportive and friendly atmosphere where employees can work, grow, and advance.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Manage reservations
- Resolve any guest issues that arise
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
