  • Collaborate & Communicate - Serve as a key connection between guests, team members and leadership to support efficiency and excellence.
  • Give Back & Inspire - Support our community outreach through the Blue Heart Warrior initiative and Hands for Hope Foundation, bringing wellness and healing to those in need.

Position Requirements

  • Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility
  • Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)
  • Able to stand, walk for 95% of shift, and lift items for organizing and cleaning the spa and retail areas.
