Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator (part-time, 28 hours/week) for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for someone with receptionist, hospitality, administrative support, or client service experience who enjoys creating a professional first impression and keeping a busy office environment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and check in participants and clients arriving for focus groups and scheduled sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area.
- Track arrivals and update information using Excel and internal databases.
- Communicate with internal staff regarding participant arrivals, client needs, food deliveries, and schedule changes.
- Assist with breakfast, refreshments, meeting preparation, dishes, and general common area upkeep as needed.
- Support database maintenance, administrative projects, and other office support duties during downtime.
