Our front desk team plays a huge role in creating a warm, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level to early-career front desk role focused on:
- greeting patients
- answering phones
- scheduling appointments
- collecting payments
What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you will:
- greet patients with energy, warmth, and professionalism
- answer incoming phone calls and help patients schedule appointments
- check patients in and out for their visits
- collect co-pays and payments accurately
- help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
- communicate clearly with therapists and team members to support patient flow
What We’re Looking For
You would be a great fit if you:
- enjoy working with people and creating a positive first impression
- are comfortable talking on the phone and in person
- are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- can learn basic scheduling and payment systems
Previous front desk, customer service, or office experience is helpful — but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Hourly pay: $14 – $17 per hour, based on experience
- Benefits available for full-time positions including health insurance, 401k, and PTO.
