Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and prospects
• Manage scheduling and ensure sessions run on time
• Handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries
• Support membership renewals and assist in bringing in new clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Collaborate with practitioners and management to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields (preferred)
• Sales confidence is a plus

• Fitness, health, or wellness industry exposure (a bonus, not required)
