About the role

Dynamic CycleBar Southwest Plaza studio in Littleton, CO is seeking a motivated sales-minded individual excited about fitness and lifestyle. The Sales Lead is passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Responsibilities

  • Meet studio sales goals, membership renewals and ancillary service
  • In-club leads (first time riders)
  • Secure member referrals
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members
  • Acquire new members and retain existing members
  • Convert non-membership based users to membership base
  • Drive referral business through ambassadorship
  • Work with the General Manager and Studio Owner on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail/service sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
  • Able to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail
  • Fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
  • Able to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Able to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Solid organizational skills, proficiency in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficient with computers and Studio software

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers competitive hourly + VERY LUCRATIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE. Commission paid on sales. Complimentary CycleBar Classes at Studio.
