You’ll be the person guests turn to for everything from the perfect dinner recommendation to a last-minute transportation request, a forgotten detail, or a local tip that makes their vacation even better. What You’ll Do Includes Own the Arrival: Create a warm, polished welcome from check-in through check-out and make guests feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.Be the Local Expert: Recommend restaurants, activities, hidden gems, and everything worth experiencing in Beaver Creek and the surrounding area.Make It Happen: Coordinate transportation, answer questions, tackle requests, and find solutions—often before guests even have to ask.Turn Problems Into Wins: Handle unexpected situations with confidence, professionalism, and a service-first attitude.Represent The Charter: Know the property inside and out and bring its amenities, services, and mountain experience to life for every guest. Location: The Charter, Beaver Creek, CO Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-Time Year-Round Pay: $21/hour Schedule: Mix of AM and PM shifts 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off Posting Close Date: 11/1/2026 We're looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences. You bring a positive attitude, excellent communication and phone etiquette, and a professional, guest-first approach to every interaction. You're an organized multitasker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, an attentive listener, and a dependable team player who follows through on commitments. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Teams. You're confident with technology and eager to learn new systems like our property management system, TRACK. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy helping both guests and homeowners, you'll fit right in. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
