Front Desk Agent (PM Shift / Part-time)
About the role
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Aid with reservations, phone calls, cancellations, and guest requests
- Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Create positive guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Maintain accuracy with cash handling and billing procedures
- Work closely with teammates to support smooth daily operations
- Adapt to a flexible schedule that supports resort operations
Requirements
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Friendly personality with strong communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Must have availability to work weekends
