Front Desk Agent Part-Time

About the Role

The Marquesa Hotel is a small boutique luxury property located in the heart of Old Town Key West, FL. As a Part-Time Front Desk Agent, you will act as the first point of contact to ensure a positive guest experience by greeting guests, managing check-ins/outs, handling reservations, answering calls, processing payments, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Handle reservations and answer phone calls
• Process payments and resolve guest issues
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous front desk experience
• Computer and software proficiency (efficiently using a keyboard, logging in/out, and navigating operating systems)
• Internet and web navigation skills (using web browsers, searching for information, and utilizing company online software systems)
• Ability to lift 5 to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to push/pull 50+ pounds
• Capability to endure various physical movements and remain mobile/standing for at least 8 hours per shift
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests, management, and co-workers
• Positive attitude and a can-do team mindset
