Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and meet sales goals by sharing information about Canyon Ranch services and recommending appropriate service enhancements.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs during booking, alteration, and recap of services, including detailed note-taking.
  • Accurately handle guest transactions such as cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, gift certificates, comps, etc.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Computer knowledge
  • Minimum of one-year customer service experience
  • Prior hospitality and/or sales experience, preferably at a luxury level, is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive matters and/or confrontational situations
  • Develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail

Pay

$15.00 per hour + incentive
