Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and meet sales goals by sharing information about Canyon Ranch services and recommending appropriate service enhancements.
- Anticipate guests’ needs during booking, alteration, and recap of services, including detailed note-taking.
- Accurately handle guest transactions such as cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, gift certificates, comps, etc.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with cash handling
- Computer knowledge
- Minimum of one-year customer service experience
- Prior hospitality and/or sales experience, preferably at a luxury level, is preferred
- Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive matters and/or confrontational situations
- Develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail

$15.00 per hour + incentive
