About the role

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Slippery Rock PA. The position will join a team that prioritizes exceptional guest service, recognizes team members as the best asset, and provides value to business partners and owners.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service
• Earn excellent Bonvoy surveys in the Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, and Staff Services categories
• Follow basic accounting procedures to ensure hotel's procedures are complete and accurate
• Ensure guest security and safety by maintaining a pleasant, safe, and secure stay
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area
• Complete job duties in accordance with hotel policies and Marriott brand standards

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation

Qualifications

The Front Desk Agent should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
