Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond promptly.
- Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that relates to guests and team members.
- Create guest experiences that go beyond the expected.
- Utilize initiative to resolve guest complaints and foster loyalty.
- Share personal passions and knowledge of services and amenities to help guests feel at home.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate guests' needs to staff and management.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing service and creating authentic vacation/travel experiences.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both verbally and through legible writing.
- Strong background in hospitality.
- Experience at a comparable AAA Four Diamond/Four Star hotel and/or resort preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
