Responsibilities

  • Aid Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with checking in and checking out guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests for local destinations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, including directions, hours of operation, services, events, and attractions.
  • Support fellow team members and other departments as needed to foster positive relationships.
  • Offer or obtain accurate information as required.
  • Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries effectively.
  • Offer local recommendations and directions.
