Responsibilities
- Aid Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with checking in and checking out guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
- Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests for local destinations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, including directions, hours of operation, services, events, and attractions.
- Support fellow team members and other departments as needed to foster positive relationships.
- Offer or obtain accurate information as required.
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries effectively.
- Offer local recommendations and directions.
