About the role
A Front Desk Agent at HVMG will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Handle reservations and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
Requirements
- Hotel experience is a plus
- A combination of education and experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
