About the role

A Front Desk Agent at HVMG will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out guests
  • Handle reservations and address guest inquiries or concerns
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor

Requirements

  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • A combination of education and experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
