Front Desk Agent - Element by Westin Wood Ridge

About the role

The Hotel "Family Members" are responsible for conveying the Westin Wood Ridge, NJ brand at every touch point, and the Front Desk / Reception Agent brings the brand's core values to life in all aspects of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Handle a variety of shifts including day, night, and mid-shifts

Requirements

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An accounting background is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
• Strong communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Ability to work with a guide or support animal due to blindness, deafness, or physical handicap

Qualifications
