Shift available: 3pm-11pm ONLY, must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Help create remarkable guest experiences at our world-class resort, where guests can venture outside and take advantage of one of our many hiking trails to breathe in fresh air and admire the beautiful waterfalls, then relax in one of our spacious resort rooms.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, complete registrations, and assign rooms while issuing room keys.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Prepare and process guest bills, collect payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Actively listen to guest needs and resolve concerns with care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
