About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Duties include greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Manage client appointments and schedules
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
