About the role
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This includes greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest requests, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
