Responsibilities
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Manage guest inquiries and reservations
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain effective communication with all departments
- Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly
Requirements
- Service-driven and detail-oriented
- Professional and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A warm and engaging personality
- The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel Front Desk
- Familiarity with OPERA PMS and Micros POS preferred
