Front Desk Agent

About the role

Join the Front Desk Team at Firebrand Hotel in downtown Whitefish. This full-time position offers $20 hourly and a passion for anticipating and meeting guests' needs is essential. You'll interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring high job standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a guest customer service agent, reservations, and front office general worker.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by closely coordinating with all aspects of the department.
• Handle lodge tasks such as shuttle scheduling, email information requests, guest packages, lost and found, and retail sundries (as assigned by MOD and department management).
• Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and valet.
• Operate resort software, office equipment, and phone switchboards.
• Act as a sales representative with excellent business sense and professional ethics.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of classified information.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
• Computer literate with strong verbal and written skills.
• Experience with resort computer systems and/or RDP is a plus.
• High regard for customer service and employee relations.
• English verbal communication skills; second language is a plus.

Schedule

This position typically requires a 5-day workweek, including evenings and weekends. Expect around 40 hours per week, though hours may vary based on business needs.
