Front Desk Agent
About the role
The Alida is a key member of the Makeready team, dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. They will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities on property during the check-in process
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
This position requires a natural ability to connect with guests, a compassionate approach, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Applicants should have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
While not specified, candidates should have a strong background in customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
