Job Description

Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, the Front Desk Agent will manage daily front office operations and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces.
• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
• Aid with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Support internal teams with day-to-day office operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries professionally.
