Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Aid guests and resolve issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Accurately conduct cash handling and credit card processing
- Audit, balance, and report on all cash and credit transactions
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, such as OnQ or Opera
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
