Greeting and Communication
Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
Assistance with Reservations
- Promptly, accurately and efficiently check in and out guests.
- Absorb and act on special requests made by guests.
- Block rooms based on reservations and special requests.
Cash Handling
- Accurately manage cash handling, including receiving payments and providing correct change.
Knowledge of Systems and Procedures
- Have complete working knowledge of Front Office computer or manual system, including all daily transactions and those which are not performed often.
- Know and follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary.
