Greet and communicate cordially with guests

  • Promptly and professionally check in and out of the hotel
  • Aid in pre-registration and reservation blocking when needed

Financial Management

  • Accurately manage cash handling, including receiving payments and providing correct change
  • Have complete knowledge of Front Office computer or manual systems, including daily transactions and infrequent ones

Reservation Handling

  • Know and manage hotel rates, discounts, and payment methods
  • Have working knowledge of reservations and procedures, including taking same-day reservations
  • Be able to take reservations in approximately 2 minutes
  • Understand and follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary
