About the role

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This includes greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide check-in/check-out services
  • Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Passion for providing excellent guest experiences
