About the role
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This includes greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide check-in/check-out services
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
