About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel at home and that their stay is memorable. Your friendly, enthusiastic, and competent customer service makes guests feel welcomed and taken care of from arrival to departure. You will be knowledgeable about our hours of operation, the functioning of other departments, and all safety, security, and emergency procedures. You will maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with engineering and housekeeping staff to achieve high levels of cooperation and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out while managing multiple high-priority tasks
- Answer phone calls, address guest questions, and resolve problems
- Properly record sales transactions and secure accurate payments for reservations
- Coordinate bell and shuttle services
- Make reservations using a computer system
- Run reports, handle guest messages, and program wake-up calls
- Perform a variety of other front desk tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office, lobby, and surrounding areas
- Accommodate guest needs and preferences efficiently and tactfully
- Provide suggestions about local attractions and maintain knowledge of current service offerings
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency

Pay
This position starts at $16/hour.

Schedule
This part-time position typically works one of the following shifts:
- Days: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evenings: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Open weekend availability is required.
