What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do
- Create a memorable first impression for guests through engaging interactions
- Engage with guests to provide comprehensive information about the hotel and local area
- Resolve issues promptly and exceed guest expectations during challenging situations
- Promote and sell special hotel programs to enhance guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain house bank records and communicate important information to the manager on duty
- Follow established procedures for posting, charging, cashing checks, managing safe deposits, and handling refunds
- Assist other departments as needed to support overall hotel operations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on others
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay
$16.00 per hour
