Responsibilities
- Direct guests to any department on property for assistance
- Assist guests in any way, including reservations, on and off property (i.e., for sleeping rooms, dinner, sports, theater, etc.)
- Arrange transportation to and from the airport, around town, around the state, and assist guests with any services they may need
Requirements
- Two years experience as a Concierge or Front Desk Agent, at a private club or a AAA and/or Mobile rated hotel
- A valid driver’s license required
Job Knowledge
- Previous customer service skills or hotel/resort experience preferred
- Check in/out guests and provide high quality guest service
- Computer skills, general cashiering/concierge duties as well as a valid drivers license required
Compensation
Commensurate with experience

Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the Jacksonville area and general knowledge of the State of Florida; working knowledge of the concierge position, assisting guests and members in a professional manner.
Skills
Customer service skills, computer skills, cashiering skills, transportation coordination, and professional demeanor.
