About the role

Marriott Dallas Las Colinas is seeking Front Desk Associates who enjoy helping people and creating memorable stays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide a smooth check-in and check-out.
  • Answer questions, handle reservations, and respond to requests.
  • Assign rooms and update bookings with accuracy.
  • Process payments and keep guest accounts correct.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Keep the front desk neat, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (hotel preferred).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
  • Able to multitask in a busy setting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
