About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our prestigious front desk team at Laguna Beach House. As a key player in providing exceptional service, your role will be pivotal in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes with a warm and welcoming approach
  • Utilize advanced technology to handle reservations, credit card transactions, and guest inquiries
  • Maintain accuracy in financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliations
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; a college education is preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus

Desired Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team training and supervision
  • Quick decision-making skills to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software troubleshooting
  • An attention to detail in meeting quality standards and fulfilling guest expectations
