Front Desk Agent
About the role
We are looking for an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of reference for our guests and vendors. This role requires professionalism, courtesy, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling availability may be required.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
Requirements
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

Schedule
The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
