Front Desk Agent

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests
• Handle reservations
• Address guest inquiries or concerns
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
